In a national competition, Alexis Zaborac designed a Google logo supporting green technology.  Her design is a finalist in Doodle4Google, and the national winner is determined by online votes.  If you would like to see Google's logo go green for a day, please go to the link below and vote for Alexis' design.

Her design is in the Grades 10-12 tab, Region 6. It takes no more than 10 seconds to go vote, and you can only do it once.

The theme for the competition was "Someday I'd like to..." and Alexis wrote the following:  "Someday I'd like to use green technology to effect not only my environment, but the entire world. Learning from the past, solving the present problems, while designing for the future."
