  You forgot the Honda Insight hybrid- MGP- 40 city, 43 highway I own one and often get higher than this when I focus on how I drive.

Yahoo Autos has an interactive guide to car shopping that offers search by green car technology. They offer a green car rating system that factor in emissions, fuel economy and manufacturer footprint. You can also compare features of the autos you are most interested in, side by side. A very handy and popular guide.
