Guys can be tough to shop for, and Valentine's Day can be even more of a challenge; silly mushy gifts that you're into might be appreciated briefly, but are likely to be a waste if they're never used. We've rounded up some of the greenest, most useful V-Day gifts for guys that are sure to be loved- and utilized.

Surfmonk Pullover Robe

Guys like to get cozy too- after work relaxing or on the beach/field/water, comfy layers are essential. Surfmonk makes pullovers in short, medium and long lengths, as well as drawstring-waist long shorts and pants from a "sustainable blend of bamboo and organic cotton." Bamboo is naturally anti-bacterial meaning this stuff won't get smelly.

Farm Sanctuary Sponsor-an-Animal

Farm Sanctuary takes care of abandoned farm animals. Give a sponsorship as a gift to the guy who has it all and help a creature who has less than nothing. According to the Farm Sanctuary site, "All of our sanctuary residents depend on sponsors to provide them with nourishing food, safe refuge, veterinary care, and everything else they need for a happy and healthy life. Sponsors receive an adoption certificate with a color photograph of their adopted friend, an adoption card, an invitation to schedule a VIP tour to meet their sponsored animal, and other benefits depending on the animal selected."

Throwver Blanket/Tarp

The Crypton Fabrics site explains the Throwver thusly: "It looks like a blanket and works like a tarp." The eco-friendly fabric is stain, water, bacteria and odor resistant, can be spot cleaned really easily and is machine washable. "The fabrics contain NO toxic chemicals, heavy metals or carcinogens and are made using recycled energy." Perfect for the back of the car, or for camping/hiking/beaching.

Wind-Up Mobile Charger

This super-practical gift is also kind of fun- he gets to charge up his mobile phone with his own energy (and you can borrow this from him when you need a boost on your phone too). "This wind-up cell phone charger requires no external power of any sort. Cranking for 3 minutes gives 8 minutes of talk time."

Sjaak Vegan Dark Chocolates

Just cause he's a guy doesn't mean he doesn't love chocolates- most of them love the stuff just as much as the ladies do. Dark chocolate contains more of the beneficial antioxidants that attack (cancer causing) free-radicals and have less fat than milk chocolate. Yum and healthy!
