There's always tough people to shop for on your Christmas list, from Secret Santa to your child's teacher, to that neighbor you just know will stop by during the holidays. The simplest and best solution for gift-giving to these folks is to give something edible.
I've found wine and/or food to be a great way around giving to those you just don't know what to give to. Worst-case scenario? The person you give to doesn't drink wine or is allergic to something, which means they can easily re-gift. The important thing is that they were thought of, which is what holiday times are all about, aren't they?

479 Popcorn has this fun PIY (pop it yourself!) kit so you can indulge in a healthy treat. Seven different kinds of heirloom, organic popcorn kernels are included in their mix, along with fun flavorings (think coconut sugar, curry salt, and more), organic heating oil, recipe cards, popcorn cones for parties, andinstructions.

The Organic Wine and Food pairing from wine.com could be a delicious mid-Winter picnic (perhaps in front of a roaring fire?) It includes an organic petite syrah, almond snacks, a kalamata spread with crackers, and some dark chocolate. Who wouldn't like to get this as a gift?

The Organic Extravaganza from Cherry Moon Farms will feel like a shot of sunshine into grey winter days to the giftee. Avocados, oranges, kiwi fruit and more prove that healthy food can be delicious too.

The Eco Wine Trio from wine.com includes a Rhone red, a Merlot, and a Pinot Noir, all in recyclable PET bottles (and housed in a reusable box). 10% of this product's retail price goes to the EarthEra Renewable Energy Trust where every penny is used to build renewable energy facilities in the United States. EarthEra also carbon balances the shipment of this product from the winery to you.

This Mendocino Organic Chocolate and Nuts basket is full of mid-winter snacking goodness, and organic too! Traditional with a healthy and planet-friedly twist.
