Describe your path to green: how and when you became eco-conscious.
I was born and raised in Berkeley and that opened my eyes to so much at a very early age. My aunt owned a health food store in the early '70s and I always loved spending time there. I was fascinated by all the goods and customers that came in. The city and my parents exposed me to yoga, vegetarian food, and social responsibility. Great minds, diversity, openness, and education are abundant in that area.
