I am a holistic coach and the creator of SmartLifeways.com. I have been involved in the "green" world for a long time....I opened an organic coffee house 18 years ago in Sedona, AZ. For me it just makes sense and now it is almost a mission to educate and inspire others about creating SmartLifeways that are sustainable but also easy and fun.

How did smartlifeways come to be involved in Earth-conscious living?
Woke up a long time ago. Realized that it made no sense to put chemicals, hormones, antibiotics in my body. Scary to think that Monsanto a chemical company was controlling much of the food in the USA and globally. Also saw that so many doctors really were guessing and I was not going to be their guinea pigs...sought out healers rather than pharmaceutical cronies.
