Green Efforts: All of Kalani’s Coffees are certified organic, shade-grown, and bird friendly. They are also ethically sourced. Kalani is one of the few brands who has multiple environmental certifications on their products, something that is very impressive. Kalani uses natural processes to decaffeinate their coffee which is much better than traditional chemical methods. Green Issues: Kalani could benefit from some more thorough reporting and although its packaging is decently green, there are still improvements that could be made. Greenopia Verdict: Kalani Organica is a great green coffee that carries some of the most stringent certifications on its label. |
