About Ecochick:
Ecochick's interests, passions, hobbies and favorite activities, etc.
I live the green life every day (as well as I can!). Though sometimes it can be a challenge, for the most part reducing my consumption and living a more sustainable, compassionate lifestyle is lots of fun since it's all about learning new things and being creative with resources.

Journey Into Green:
How did Ecochick come to be involved in Earth-conscious living?
My grandmother, who raised me, taught me the importance of eating local foods (from our garden and the farms down the road, and even our neighbor's chicken eggs!) and respecting the environment. My house was built next to a wetland and we always took care of it since it was where I played and also fed into a huge pond that the whole community fished and swam in.
